Five terms to check first
Hard Rock Bet says a promo code is not required to get started in Ontario. That does not make every offer automatic. A promotion may require an opt-in, qualifying deposit, specific wager, minimum odds or eligible game before a reward is released.

Unity Points and Level Credits
Eligible activity can earn two different progress measures. Unity Points may be redeemed for available digital rewards, goods or experiences. Level Credits determine a monthly reward level and the Unity Point multiplier associated with that level.
These balances are not cash. The number of points earned, the rewards catalogue and the number of points required for redemption may change. Level Credits reset monthly under current programme rules, while inactive Unity Points can expire.
Why a promotion should not set the budget
Choose a spending limit based on disposable entertainment money, then decide whether an offer fits inside it. Increasing a deposit or adding an unwanted wager merely to unlock a reward can erase the promotion’s practical value.
